There is something funny in this way of referring to the six pack, because it only points out to how eager people are to imitate the nice look of celebrities or the perfect bodies of professional athletes without even thinking what it takes to shape the body in such a way~The washboard similarity of the six pack is funny and trivial at the same time, yet, it has become an integrated part of slang. Normally there are two paths to getting washboard abs~washboard abs are built by sticking to a training program combined with good nutrition~combining nutrition with a training program, plenty of rest and a balanced lifestyle~a balanced lifestyle and plenty of rest, or by combining physical workout with the administration of steroids~administrating steroids in combination with physical effort.

A complex healthy program is a lot more difficult to follow and its final results are not that easy to predict~You cannot predict the results even if you follow a complex healthy program. A positive motivation increases the chances of really developing washboard abs~It is a lot more rewarding to have a positive motivation when striving for the washboard abs at the gym. A realistic but good~good but realistic self-perception makes wonders in terms of success rate for any activity that you commit to, including physical training~increases the chances of success in every activity, and physical training makes no exception.
